Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from AGREEMENTTEM, operated by Shanghai Tianliang Wenhua Technology Co., Ltd. (上海天量纹化科技有限公司). We aim to resolve return, refund and order concerns fairly and in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws.
1. Return Request Window

2. Eligibility and Beauty-Product Hygiene
For a change-of-mind return, products should normally be unused, in their original condition and, where practical, in their original packaging, with the components supplied. Please do not use, open or break a hygiene seal on products you may wish to return. For health or hygiene reasons, certain sealed personal-care, skin-care, hair-care and cosmetics products may not qualify for a change-of-mind return after their seal has been broken, where applicable law permits this exclusion.
Restrictions on change-of-mind returns do not remove legal rights for defective, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly described or incorrectly supplied goods.
3. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or differs materially from what you ordered, email support@agreementtem.com as soon as reasonably possible, including your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs if available. We will assess the case and offer the remedy required by applicable law, which may include replacement, repair, return or refund.
4. How to Request a Return
- Email support@agreementtem.com with your order number, the product name and the reason for the request.
- Wait for our return instructions and confirmation of the appropriate destination.
- Package the item securely and follow the approved shipping instructions. Retain the tracking or postage receipt.

5. Return Shipping Charges
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping unless we confirm otherwise in writing or the law requires otherwise. If the item is defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we will cover reasonable return costs where required by law or provide an alternative lawful remedy. We will not deduct a fee that applicable law prohibits.
6. Inspection and Refunds
After receiving and assessing an authorized return, we will let you know whether it is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law. Refund timing depends on applicable law, the payment provider and your financial institution. Original delivery charges will be refunded where legally required. If your approved refund has not appeared after the processing period communicated to you, please contact us.
7. Exchanges and Cancellations
To ask about a replacement, size or item change, contact us before returning a product. Contact us promptly to request cancellation; we cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment begins. Any statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights still apply.
8. Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable rights under the laws applicable to your purchase. For example, qualifying consumers in the European Economic Area and United Kingdom may have statutory withdrawal and product-conformity rights, subject to the legal conditions and exclusions.
